You will be responsible for carrying out warehouse duties alongside driving a company van, ensuring goods and assets are handled, transported and stored safely and efficiently.

6:00am – 3:00pm

Duties of a Warehouse Van Driver
- Driving a company van to deliver and collect goods and assets safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading the van, including manual handling of items up to 15kg.
- Carrying out inbounding and outbounding procedures.
- Ensuring assets are securely wrapped, protected and stacked correctly.
- Highlighting and reporting damaged boxes or goods where appropriate.
- Using handheld scanners for barcode tracking and stock management.
- Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on time.
- Carrying out general warehouse duties when required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Following all company health and safety procedures.
- Safety shoes must be worn.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Previous van driving experience is preferred.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
- Ability to carry out manual handling and lift items up to 15kg.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work on your feet throughout the day.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- IT literate and comfortable using handheld scanners.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Vetting Requirements
Due to the nature of the business you will be working for, all positions require candidates to undergo vetting checks, including a Basic DBS check and an adverse credit history check.
If you have not been living in the UK for more than 5 years, you will also be required to provide a police check/DBS equivalent from the country or countries where you previously resided.
