Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
Contract: Temporary, ongoing

We are currently recruiting for Digital Solutions Operatives to join a leading global digital solutions company based near LE17 4UE.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Full training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to become multi-skilled across different stages of the operation.

The Role

The role involves converting hard-copy documents into secure digital files, allowing the original paperwork to be securely destroyed once the process has been completed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Creating files and records on the database ready for documents to be scanned.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing files for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, dividers and other items.
  • Scanning: Scanning documents accurately onto the database.
  • Quality Checking: Checking that all documents and pages have been scanned correctly before the original files can be destroyed.
  • Working to daily production targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Following company procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Supporting colleagues across different areas of the operation when required.

Previous experience in data entry, administration, document scanning, warehouse operations or production environments would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:00am–2:00pm
  • £13.46 per hour
  • Temporary, ongoing contract
  • Start date: October 2026
