Class 2 Drivers – Urgently Required (2 Roles Available)

Location: Symmetry Park, Rugby, CV23 9JR
Salary: £36,500 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week
Start Date: Mid-February
Contract: Temp to Perm (Permanent after 12 weeks)

Our client is urgently recruiting two reliable Class 2 Drivers to join our team based in Rugby. These are excellent opportunities for professional drivers looking for stable, long-term employment with a well-established brand.

Driver 1 – Dedicated Hospital Collections

Role Overview:

• Dedicated collections from 3 hospitals across the Lincolnshire area
• Driving vehicles up to 12 tonnes (Class 2)
• Collecting boxed materials using roll cages and tail lifts
• Returning all collections to our Rugby base
• Ensuring safe, secure, and timely transport

Driver 2 – Internal Transfers & Cover Driver

Role Overview:

• Providing cover for Driver 1 during annual leave and sickness
• Day-to-day movement of palletised goods
• Predominantly driving a 7.5t vehicle
• Use of tail lifts only due to site access requirements
• Supporting additional transport tasks as required

Requirements (Both Roles):

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Clean licence preferred (maximum 3 points)
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
• Comfortable with manual handling using roll cages and tail lift
