Job Title: Records Management Clerk
Location: Corby
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: £14.90 per hour 
Shift: Monday to Friday – 2pm – 10pm


Job Description:

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Records Clerk to help manage the storage and organization of records. As part of our records management team, you will play an important role in ensuring that all documents are stored correctly and are easily accessible.

You will be working in a warehouse and required to wear safety shoes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and organize physical and electronic records.
  • Label, file, and store documents in appropriate filing systems.
  • Ensure that records are securely stored and easily retrievable when needed.
  • Maintain inventory of all records and ensure they are filed in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents for disposal or archiving as per company policies.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure that records are properly stored and comply with relevant guidelines.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment in the records storage area.
  • Assist with periodic audits of stored records.

Additional Information:

  • Training provided – full support will be given to ensure you are equipped to succeed in the role
  • Please note: Occasional days will be permitted, but no block weeks. No holidays will be approved during the January peak period or on any dates that coincide with DEA training.
  • You must be able to reliably commute to Corby.

You must be willing to complete a DBS check and provide 3 years of references.

You must have lived in the UK for 3 years and have a legal right to work.
